1. Validity
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by BL Publishing to you. BL Publishing may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the BL Publishing site.

2. BL Publishing's Contract With You
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. BL Publishing reserve the right to decline any order in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on BL Publishing's site or for unavailability (see 3. below). BL Publishing reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered. By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.

3. Pricing and Availability
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the BL Publishing site. Such information is subject to change without notice. Please ensure that you refresh you browser regularly to obtain the latest prices. Each price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There shall be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose - these charges are stated in the shipping charges section.

4. Delivery of Goods
BL Publishing shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the BL Publishing site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. BL Publishing may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

5. BL Publishing Guarantee and Returns Policy.
These terms and conditions incorporate BL Publishing's Cancellation/Returns policy as stated in the returns and cancellations section of this website.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and BL Publishing shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

7. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected unless the substantive purpose of the contract is then frustrated.
